Different
Shipping address:
For your security We ship only
to the billing address of the credit card. In case you need
to ship to another address.

Please call your bank and add the additional address
to your credit card, we will call your bank and verify
it. After adding the new address email to help@shopshop.com

or fax 909-494-6399 a photocopy of your driver license,
credit card, and order number with the new shipping
address. Passport can be used as a form of identification.

Shipping
Time
All gowns on this site are in stock and will
ship after 2 business days of processing time . In case
you give an alternate color choice, your chances are 100%.
At any given time we have thousands of gowns in standing
stock. |
Return
Policy
Returns can be done within 5 days from the date of receipt.
After 5 days there are no refunds or exchanges. In case
of refund, 15% restock fees apply. Shipping charges are
not refunded. In case of group orders with 3 pieces or more,
no refunds, only exchanges for a different size. No exceptions.

How
to Make a Return
To make a return, you need to
send the gown to the following address:

with a copy of the invoice, explaining that you are returning
the gown for a refund. Once the gown is received by us,
you will receive a credit to your credit card account
which will be shown within 4-5 working days.
There
are no refunds on 3 or more pieces. There are no exceptions.
The
returned package has to be prepaid and with a return number,
otherwise it will be refused.

Immediate
Exchanges
In case you receive merchandise
and need to exchange it, you can place another order online
or call 909-348-7525. Your credit card will be charged
again with the new order, and once we receive the gown that
you are sending back, you will receive a full refund. Please
include both the invoice numbers so you will not be charged
restocking fee and the date you need the dress by. We will
not charge you freight fees when shipping the merchandise
back. |
How
to Make an Exchange
Exchanges can be done within 5 days from the date of receiving
it. For returning 1 to 2 pieces please send the gowns back
to:

with a copy of the invoice, explaining that you need an
exchange. Please include the new item code, color, size,
and date needed by. Once we receive the gown, we will
ship back the exchange as soon as possible.
On
3 pieces or more, we can only exchange for a different
size, not a different style or color.

Bridesmaid
/ Group Orders
Please place all orders at the same time. Please fax your
complete group order to 909-494-6399 with complete shipping
and billing addresses of the individuals with credit card
information. This to avoid color variation. There
is no refund on group orders only exchange for size and
color. No Exceptions

Cancel
Order
Only way to cancel an order click
here and put your order no and word cancel in
the subject. It should cancel the order. Calling customer
service or order desk will not cancel an order.

The plus sizes from 2XL and up
are $10 more |

Shipping
Since it is difficult to verify credit cards we need the
copy of your credit card with driver license and the order
no written on it. No exceptions we will not ship without
it. You could either fax it to 909-494-6399 or email to
help@shopshop.com.
For Exchanges, Shipping charges has to be paid for by the
customer. For Gowns The flat charges are $35 (approx) for
each .
All custom duties have to be paid by customer.

Most styles are in stock and ship after 2 days of processing

Pricing:
All pricing is US funds only. Prices are subject to
change without notice, however prices will be honored per
order. |
Delivery:
Merchandise
is normally shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
Shipping within the USA is added to the order automatically.
Outside USA will be on an order by order basis, you will
be notified of shipping charges for approval.

Do
you have any retail stores?
You are welcome to visit
warehouse in Pomona, Ca., with more than 50,000 gowns in
hanging stock, but we do not have any retail stores, only
online presence. |
Swatch Samples
Samples card are provided at no cost, please email all the
swatch request to
swatch@shopshop.com, it takes 4 weeks for delivery with
48 states, |
Backorders
and Out of Stock Merchandise
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently
in stock. In the event that your order can not be filled
within 7 days we will put it on backorder status and notify
you of the approximate delivery date via e-mail. If you
do not respond to our e-mail notification, we will consider
your order to be valid and we will notify you upon our shipment
of the backorder items via e-mail. |
What
are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
Money Orders, Cashiers Checks & personal Checks. Personal
Checks are held for 5 days before order is processed.

Special Orders
Wedding
& Prom
Gowns can be custom made in 4-6 weeks and the flat
charge is $400. The Wedding gowns that are more than $150
online color and size modification can be done at no charge
It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for the orders to be made.
Since they are custom orders there is no refund or exchange.
